STAGE 2: FEELING

State: Thawing:  sometimes this stage can feel uncomfortable as you are reawakening to sensation and to your intuition and beginning to take action

STAGE 3: FREE

State: Choosing, sovereign, creating from aligned action and an intuitive framework

STAGE 4: FLOW

State: Embodied, easeful, creating from the heart and feeling this flow and oneness with the unierse

I am Ella and I am a coach on a mission to support mid-career creative entrepreneurs to transform their not belonging belief (imposter syndrome) and not good enough beliefs and frozen or stuck creative blocks into unshakeable confidence, joyous creation and abundant aligned action.

It’s the voice that brought me HOME to myself after years of people pleasing: saying yes when I meant no, being ‘nice’, and feeling like my worth was tied to what others thought about me.

Maya Gandaia was born after training in alchemy on my first eer ayahuasca journey in 2017, where I died to my ego and met my true self: Maya Gandaia.

After witnessing the power of the alchemical structure in my own life, I began to share the work, and eventually recognise a pattern among the brilliant creative souls I encountered that has enabled me to support hundreds of people transform their lives using these structures.

Since we are born, we are conditioned and told who to be, how to act, and what to dream.

I am Ella (she/her or they/them), though I answer to Maya, too. I’m a coach, a movement specialist, and a guide for those ready to rediscover their most authentic selves, align with your truth and learn how to create the life you want.

For over 20 years, I’ve danced across continents, from the Olympics Opening Ceremony to Sadler’s Wells and The Joyce Theater in New York, creating work that tells the stories I longed to see growing up. 

Along the way, I’ve carried the weight of imposter syndrome, the ache of not belonging, and the quiet voice that whispered: “You are not enough.”

But through decades of study; yoga, trauma release, intuition, and the alchemy of transformation, I came to know a deeper truth: I was always whole, always complete, always more than enough.

Now, I share that wisdom. Whether through my book Journal to JOY, bespoke coaching programs, or movement courses, I help others find their way back to joy, freedom, and limitless potential.
